We greatly appreciated the exceptional level of personal attention and care from the staff. Even before we arrived at the hotel, the staff was proactive in communicating with us and addressing any questions we may have had in order to help make our arrival go smoothly. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and made to feel that we were valued guests. The rooms were small but lovely and the amenities of the hotel were superb. The rooftop swimming pool and restaurant became our favorite places to hang out and we appreciated that the hotel never felt crowded or impersonal. Staying at El Lorenc Parc de la Mar was a remarkable and luxurious experience, one that our entire family will remember with great fondness!

All staff go above and beyond to welcome guests, from the complimentary wine left in our room as a welcome gift, to the chocolates and water provided daily. To organising trips to local landmarks, providing information regarding Palma & beyond. The food at the hotel is also very good, freshly prepared & plentiful. The hotel is perfectly situated, close enough to all amenities but in a quiet location so that you can have a very relaxing stay if you want.

The pool area is quite small but very well maintained with beautiful views across to the coast line. The service from the restaurant staff and around the oool was second to none. Very attentive and helpful, and actually removed people’s towels from the sunbeds if they were not around. This upset some people but it means all guests can enjoy time by the pool and it’s not “reserved” for people.
