The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the small side but very well appointed. Lots of room to unpack all your stuff. Amazing open rain shower room —big! We had a bottle of sparking wine and chocolates in the room when we arrived and more treats at turn down every night. Also, everything very automated. Lights, privacy buttons, even an iPad in room to view services, or things to do in the area. The room was. Quiet, had black out shades (eletric button) and comfy bedding (our matress was a bit firm for me but still comfy). In addition, the rooftop bar/restaurant was amazing with infinity pool. Too cool for us to swim but beautiful like the picture shows. Nice wines and drinks with a little snack accompanying it. Also, spa area. Heated lap pool, steam room, sauna and mood lighting and music. Included. There were other services like massage, etc that were extra $. Overall, amazing. We only dined in the main restaurant once for breakfast which was very good.

Even before we arrived at the hotel, the staff was proactive in communicating with us and addressing any questions we may have had in order to help make our arrival go smoothly. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and made to feel that we were valued guests. The rooms were small but lovely and the amenities of the hotel were superb. The rooftop swimming pool and restaurant became our favorite places to hang out and we appreciated that the hotel never felt crowded or impersonal. Staying at El Lorenc Parc de la Mar was a remarkable and luxurious experience, one that our entire family will remember with great fondness!

All staff go above and beyond to welcome guests, from the complimentary wine left in our room as a welcome gift, to the chocolates and water provided daily. To organising trips to local landmarks, providing information regarding Palma & beyond. The food at the hotel is also very good, freshly prepared & plentiful. The hotel is perfectly situated, close enough to all amenities but in a quiet location so that you can have a very relaxing stay if you want.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff made us feel so welcome and helped us celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary with some generous additions to our stay. The pool area is quite small but very well maintained with beautiful views across to the coast line. The service from the restaurant staff and around the oool was second to none. Very attentive and helpful, and actually removed people’s towels from the sunbeds if they were not around. This upset some people but it means all guests can enjoy time by the pool and it’s not “reserved” for people.

The reception and restaurant staff go the extra mile at every opportunity and made us feel so comfortable and taken care of. The housekeeping works silently and unnoticed yet they do an impeccable job! The rooftop bar was also a treat before heading into town which is only steps away. It will be nearly impossible for me to return to Palma without staying at El Llorenc! Thank you!!!
